The operation is over. The outcome isn’t.

Ask any orthopaedic surgeon: how well a joint surgery turns out depends on what happens in the weeks after it, yet those weeks get a fraction of the attention, and almost none of the rigour.

Expert care is scarce, and uneven

Everywhere in the world, there are far too few physiotherapists for the patients who need them, so the care a patient gets depends on who happens to be within reach.

Adherence collapses at home

Most of recovery happens between appointments, unsupervised. Exercises get skipped, done wrong, or abandoned.

Little is measured

Progress is judged by eye and by memory. There is rarely an objective record of how a patient is actually moving.

How it works

Three steps, no equipment.

  1. Your physiotherapist sets the plan

    Which exercises, how many, and exactly how far to move this week, for example, straightening the knee from 90° to 0°.

  2. Prop the phone up and press start

    Flexion watches the joint through the camera and talks you through each rep: when to hold, when to lower, when to stop.

  3. Every rep is counted and measured

    A report with the range reached on every rep, and how the knee felt afterwards, goes to your physiotherapist the moment you finish.

A live session: the knee’s angle on every rep, posture checked as you go, and a verdict as soon as the hold counts.
